Course objectives:
The course builds on basic gymnastics. The tuition is focused on training and learning basic gymnastic skills within the curriculum for primary schools. An important part of tuition is to master motivational examples, the safety during the very practice on the equipment and during preparation and manipulation with equipment, the knowledge of techniques and methodology of individual forms of exercise. Part of the course is to introduce the basic organizational forms which could be used in school practice and the knowledge of terminology exercise on the equipment in the range of tuition. The objective is to acquire basic skills in the floor exercises and on the equipment within the curriculum of the primary school curriculum, help and rescue knowledge, techniques and methodology of exercise forms, terminology, the knowledge of the workout on individual equipment and the basic orientation of gymnastic sports.


Requirements on student
1. Active participation in seminars (2 absences allowed), the prescribed workout clothes
2. Performance requirements - semestral routines on the five aparatus evaluated according to the rules of gymnastics - 50 points

Another student gets 50 points for the fulfillment of the above credit requirements in one semester.

Content
Overview of the subject matter: 1. Introduction, familiarization with the content and credit requirements - initial diagnostic of basic gymnastic skills (acrobatics, vault, parallel bars, horizontal bar, put-on) 2. Acrobatics - basic aerobatics, hand-stand preparation (strengthening training, practicing headstand, handstand training) - Beam (women) - walking, jumps, turns, equilibrium position (training on the ground, a bench and low beam), training of jumps (the beam ) - Bars - swinging in support, training in challenging pre-swing of push up - Strength and stretching exercises 3. Acrobatics - basic acrobatics, handstand training, practicing rolls backward to handstand - Vault - jump training (training of reflection from the bridge), training straddle vault across the vaulting box (men) and vaulting box (female) in the basic modification - Horizontal bar - training upward cycle to the push-up, push-up and overswing sideways of the right (left) in push-up. Strength and stretching exercises 4. Acrobatics - basic acrobatics, handstand, training roll back to handstand, training somersault forward (somersault hop) - Rings (Men) - basic exercise position (hanging position, stretched hang, stretched hang headlong, stretched hang back) swinging in stretched hang - Rings (women) - rings (swing) - Trampoline - reflective preparation, direct jumps, rolls - Strength and stretching exercises 5. Acrobatics - basic acrobatics, training inside loop forward - Beam (women) - walking, jumps, turns, equilibrium position (training on the balance beam), training jumps (the beam) and jumps off (on the bench and low beam) - Bars Men - repetition (in swing support, challenging pre-swing) training roll forward, swinging in push-up push-up, face-vault - Horizontal bar - repeating the upward circle to the push-up, training of circle astride in front, training of circle astern - Strength and stretching exercises 6. Acrobatics - basic aerobatics, flip forward, aerobatic assemblage - Rings (Men) - repetition of basic exercise positions (stretched hang headlong, stretched hang, stretched hang back), repetition of swinging in hanging, training and racing headlong back tuck and straddle - Rings (women) - swing with turnovers - Vault - training straddle vault and squat vault over the vaulting box (men) and buck (women) - Strength and stretching exercises 7. Acrobatics - basic aerobatics, acrobatic assemblage - Horizontal bar - upward circle to push-up, circle astride, backward circle, underswing - the links - Beam (women) - walking, jumps, turns, equilibrium position - the ties, repetition of jumps and jumps off, training of credit assemblage - Bars - swinging in support, preswing challenging, roll in front, face vault - Strength and stretching exercises 8. Acrobatics - basic aerobatics, Acrobatic - Rings - swinging wit support, basic exercise positions (stretched hang headlong, stretched hang, stretched hangback), roll astern straddle - the links - Trampoline - jumps with rotations (preparatory exercises for a quick roll and forward somersault straddle) - Strength and stretching exercises 9. Acrobatics - basic aerobatics, Aerobatic - Horizontal bars - repetition of credit assemblage - Beam (women) - repetition of credit assemblage- Bars - repetition of credit assemblage - Circles - repetition of credit assemblage - Vault - repetition of credit jumps 10. Revision of curriculum discussed previously in the form of practice sites with the individual focus to remove student's own technical deficiencies. 11. Knowledge - knowledge resulting from the course:
the student will: develops his/her motor skills - acquire skills from the sport gymnastics - know the terminology of exercises for each tool, the principle of help and rescue in gymnastics - be able to teach an educational unit of sport gymnastics - identify the errors in practice methodology and technology of seminar performance.
