Course objectives:

The knowledge of terminology related to communication, interaction, and assertiveness - the knowledge of communication techniques and resources in relation to educational reality - the ability to review current publications - the ability to use the terminology acquired in practice - the ability to deal with difficult teaching situations - communicative, interactive and educational competence.

1. General definition of interpersonal communication. 2. Forms, types, structure, dynamics and principles of interpersonal communication. 3. Definition of educational communication. 4. Analysis of the content, forms and rules of educational communication. 5. Organizational forms and teaching methods in conjunction with educational communications. 6. Formal and content side of educational verbal communication. 7. Manifestations of non-verbal communication. 8. Social aspects of educational interaction. 9. Communication barriers in interpersonal communication.
