Course objectives:
The knowledge of terminology related to communication, interaction, and assertiveness
- the knowledge of communication techniques and resources in relation to educational reality
- the ability to review current publications
- the ability to use the terminology acquired in practice
- the ability to deal with difficult teaching situations - communicative, interactive and educational competence.

2. Forms, types, structure, dynamics and principles of interpersonal communication.

7. Manifestations of non-verbal communication.
