Course objectives:
|
Subject gives the knowledge of the image procedures in angiology, of the strategie in diagnostics and risks when the brain arteries, peripheral and central arterial stream, heart and venous system are tested. Gives a knowlegde of the vessels and non vessels interventions and the assistance during the procedures. Gives the basic information about the angiographic and interventinal equipment.

|
Setting for the invasive interventions, rules for the manipulation with sterile material Setting for angiography and intreventional radiology. Stents, stent grafts.Embolisation material Specific nursing care in the interventional radiological procedures Technical condition in angiological imaging, image regime and possibilities of recording, features that have the impact on the image quality, radiation load of patients and health professionals, radiation protection. Access for angiographics tests, strategy of diagnostics methods, risk and complications, preparation for the test and after care, basic laboratory data and its importance Interventional procedures on the supraaortic and brain arteries Interventional procedures on the visceral vessels Intraarterial chemo embolisation, vasopressors when bleeding to GIT, interventions on the renal arteries Interventional procedures on the pelvic and peripheral arteries, Stents, thrombolysis, embolisation Interventional procedures on the central and peripherial veins. Stents, thrombolysis, TIPS Angiocardiography and coronarography, invasive cardilogy Non vascular intervention on the bitiutary tract Non vascular interventions on the digestive tract Non vascular interventions on the spine and the nervous system Punctional and drainage procedures under control of CT and USG Exercise: Angiographic system and image postprocessing - 2 pm Patient Preparation for intervention capacity - 1 pm Access roads to invervenčním performance - 1 pm Instrumentation during invasive procedures - 2 pm

Knowledge - knowledge resulting from the course: |
Student zná zobrazovací postupy v angiologii.
Student zná strategii vyšetřovacích postupů a rizika při vyšetření mozkových tepen, periferním a centrálním tepenným řečištěm, srdce a při vyšetření žilního systému.
Student zná cévní i necévní intervenční metody a umí asistenci při jejich provádění. |

Student je schopen orientovat se v zobrazovacích postupech v angologii a použít je v praxi.
