Course objectives:
|
The subject focuses on students´self knowledge, recognition of their weak and strong character traits, their virtues and obstacles for their future professions. Students start the self regulation processes and learn to use all the resources for their self development. Students will be led to various forms of self expression and self presentation. They will learn the techniques and tools of self reflection and self knowledge and will use them actively. Practical teaching methods are used, group work is included in the learning process, professional discussions are led as well as individual tasks are completed.

Requirements on student
|
Interest in self experience work in a small group. Create portfolio and presentation.
Activity in seminars: Students are expected to take an active part in the lessons, especially to participate in discussions and to fulfil the tasks assigned in the seminar, including the study of literature.

1. Subject definition. Personal expectations and subject objectives.
2. Developing relationship to one´s self - self perception and self knowledge.
3. Emotions - experience with facing emotions, dealing with emotional states, sharing emotions.
4. Relationship to one´s self - self reflection, self trust, self confidence.
5. Ways of self expression, self presentation and creativity.
6. Relationship to the others - role in group, communication skills, ability to cooperate, dealing with feedback.
