Course objectives:
Vzrůstající význam a rozšíření aplikací imunoanalytických metod v různých oblastech laboratorní medicíny je základem výuky tohoto předmětu. V jeho rámci se studenti seznámí s podstatou imunochemické reakce a jejími aplikacemi. Důraz je kladen především na imunoanalytické metody (tj. imunochemické reakce využívající k detekci různé typy indikátorů). Studenti se rovněž seznámí s hlavními klinickými aplikacemi imunoanalytických metod a prakticky si procvičí provedení imunoanalýz.
Requirements on student
80% účast na přednáškách, 100% na cvičeních., závěrečný písemný test. Předmět je ukončen zápočtem, který student získá na základě úspěšného složení písemného testu.
