Course objectives:
|
The objective is to acquire basic skills in the floor exercises and on the equipment within the curriculum of the primary school curriculum, help and rescue knowledge, techniques and methodology of exercise forms, terminology, the knowledge of the workout on individual equipment and the basic orientation of gymnastic sports.

Requirements on student
|
Requirements:
1. Active participation in exercises (2 absences allowed), prescribed exercise
2. Performance requirements - Assignments on five tools evaluated according to the rules of sports gymnastics - 50 points
3. A further 50 points will be awarded to the student for meeting the above credit requirements in one semester.
Students are ranked according to the point range:
0 - 50 failed
51 - 100 passed

Lesson 1:
a) Introduction lesson
b) introduction to content and credit requirements - entrance diagnostics of basic gymnastic skills (acrobatics, vaulting over horse, rings, horizontal bar, beam)
Lesson 2:
a) Acrobatics (basic acrobatics, head-stand training, handstand exercises)
b) Beam (walking, jumps, turns, balance positions)
c) Parallel Bars (swings from straight-arm support, upper arm swing to support)
Lesson 3:
a) Acrobatics (handstand, back extension roll to handstand)
b) Vaulting (springboard skills)
c) Horizontal Bar (pullover, back hip circle, underswing dismount)
Lesson 4
a) Acrobatics (front handspring progression)
b) Rings (basic exercise positions in long hand swings),
c) Trampoline (straight jumps, jump forward roll)
Lesson 5
a) Acrobatics (basic acrobatics, front handspring)
b) Beam (mounts and dismounts)
c) Parallel Bars - revision (forward roll, swings from straight-arm support, front dismount)

Learning outcomes
|
Skills - skills resulting from the course: |
After graduating, students master the basic movement skills from the content of the sport gymnastics on the appropriate apparatus. These skills can practically demonstrate in a healthy population in the range of primary and secondary school curricula. They also know the basics of help and rescue and can apply this knowledge practically. |
