Course objectives:
|
The exercise form international law focuses on analysing concrete and hypothetical cases heard in international courts, or treated within international arbitrage, which enables the students to apply international law norms on concrete cases. The students are expected to know the issue in the extent of the lectured lessons in the course International law - lectures, and active participation in the exercises.

Requirements on student
|
In order to get the credit, the students must actively participate in five out of six (or six out of seven) exercises and elaborate a PowerPoint presentation of a concrete international-legal suit from SHEU H., CH., DANOVÁ E., URBANOVÁ V.
