Course objectives:
|
The goal of the course is to teach students the fundamentals of the scientific method and the logic of scientific thought. Students will have the opportunity to acquaint themselves with the individual phases of scientific research, from the formulation of a scientific problem to the selection of the appropriate method of data collection. After taking this course, the students should be able to create their own theoretically and methodologically sound research design. This course is followed by the course Propedeutika 3 which will give the students the opportunity to acquaint themselves with further methods of data collection and also with methods of data analysis and interpretation.
