Course objectives:
|
In this course, students participate in a research project conducted by a member of the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Arts, OU. The aim is to gain experience in conducting qualitative or quantitative research. Students can use this experience in their own bachelor's thesis, for example.

|
Participation in the research of one of the lecturers of the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Arts, University of Ostrava.

1. Help with research design.
2. Participation in the organization of data collection.
3. Assisting with qualitative or quantitative data collection.
4. Assisting in the preparation of data for qualitative or quantitative analysis.

Knowledge - knowledge resulting from the course: |
Students will expand and deepen their existing knowledge base regarding the creation of different designs in psychological research, the process of collecting and processing different types of data. Upon completion of the course, students will be able to apply this knowledge, for example, in preparing and conducting their own bachelor's thesis. |
