Course objectives:
The main objective of the course is to master the functions of key categories of process of controlled education, or self-education and to understand interaction with the didactic system. Other objectives are then: a) the student is able to provide a substantial activities of controlled process subject of the education process at the pre-interactive, interactive and post interactive stage as well as the expected activity of controlled organization, b) the student will learn the basic theory (paradigm) of the currently existing theories of education and possibilities of their practical applications in adult education, c) the student will be able to determine and justify the most important patterns of the teaching - learning and to evaluate the effect of their practical applications, d) the student will learn to formulate the objectives of the learning process and make informed decisions about the choice of educational strategies (technology) and evaluation of appropriate tools. Students will communicate with teachers via e-mail or generally used LMS . At the first tutorial, students will be informed about the following tutorials and other requirements for self-study.


Requirements on student
Student Requirements:
Students will elaborate assessed seminary assignment with structured setting, the student will introduce the content to other students in the seminar. Assignment in the range of 10 pages will require significant study of the titles of compulsory literature and research of the educational process in real analysis or documentation.


Content
Overview of the subject matter:
1. The process of learning - learning, the categories and their features and capabilities development of process models.
2. The process of learning - learning in terms of planning, decision-making process and its phases.
3. Selected theories of learning with a focus on adult education, spiritualist, personalistic, cognitive psychology, social and technological academic theory.
4. Experiential learning theory, Kolb's learning cycle.
5. Introduction to the teaching-learning.
6. The principles of the teaching - learning. Specifics of adult education.
7. Governing body for adult education, its competence, professional requirements, specifications according to selected criteria.
8. Controlled entity - the conception of his role in selected theories of adult learning, self-learning and its application in practice. Learning styles of adults.
9. Objective as a determining category of educational process, its function, domain, formulation, taxonomy. Professional standards.
10. Education strategy, sorting and selection. The current educational technologies and their prospects.
11. Evaluation in education and self-education, functions, principles and methods of assessment, outcomes, and certificates.
12. External and internal effects of adult education, educational quality and its measurement.
13. Economic, legal, conceptual, and organizational and personnel conditions education and self-learning process.
