Course objectives:
|
The objective of the seminar is to reflect a continuous and ongoing practice of students in the selected facilities providing health and social services. The main emphasis of the seminar is put on supervision for students to work independently with clients. Attention is also devoted to the evaluation services of the equipment, the methods and techniques of social work with regard to the needs of clients and cooperation with others.

Content
|
1. Reflections of a professional practice in a medical facility, focused on the implementation of nursing care. Reflect on the possibilities and limits of social work in healthcare facilities. 2. Clarification of the mission centres of professional practice, identifying founders equipment. 3. Inclusion in workplace health and social services network, think about the possibilities of cooperation with other institutions, interdisciplinary cooperation. Find information about the financing of equipment, forms, FR, PR 4. Description of the workplace, organizational and staffing structure, job descriptions of individual workers. 5. Analysis of the job description of a social worker, team work, the possibility of supervision of social workers during work in a hospital and the authorities, child care. 6. Students will learn: the legislation, forms and sources of information on clients, management of the case file. 8. Students will focus on clarifying the typology of health and social problems and clientele of the establishment. 9. Organ of child care, its role and organizational structure. Setting goals evaluable practice with regard to the deepening of expertise, professional and personal growth, application of acquired skills acquired. - Methods of social work. 10. Legislation of the child care, other related legal standards, such as the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms, the Convention on the Rights of the Child. Model application of related laws in dealing with individual cases. 11. The work of a social worker in the family - access to the client, family environment. The management of the case file - the file tutelary Om. 12. Individual planning to work with the family, child.
