Course objectives:
Cílem předmětu je seznámit studující se základní problematikou tvorby projektu v sociálních službách. Kurz se zabývá základními pojmy: projekt, projektový cyklus, definice cíle a problému. Pozornost je dále věnována analýze problému, analýze zainteresovaných skupin a logickému rámci. Studující si osvojí aktuální teoretické poznatky a praktické dovednosti tvorby projektu v kontextu organizací sociálních služeb. V průběhu kurzu studenti sami vypracují projektový návrh na zadané téma dle standardního postupu (logický rámec, návrh projektu, rozpočet projektu).

Content
1. A topic introduction - possibilities of social work organizations financing from the perspective of grant policy. Project work as a part of organization fundraising activities.
2. Project development introduction (terminology: project, project cycle and its individual phases).
3. Interested project groups (interested group analysis, group partnership, matrix of influence and significance). Interested group analysis practice.
4. Problem analysis, definition, SWOT analysis, logic framework - definition. SWOT analysis practice.
5. Logic framework (LF) - project aim and purpose. LF development practice.
6. Logic framework (LF) - project outcomes, project activities. LF development practice.
7. Identification, evaluation and default premises risk assessment.
8. LF logic and its use for communication.
9. Budget development and activities schedule, project reports, project monitoring, project partnership development. Budget development and project schedule practice.
10. Indicator establishment for project impact verification. Basic evaluative criteria, successful project principles (evaluation).
11. Application and its requirements. Project application elaboration, form and formal requirements completion, application completion.
12. Different forms of project applications depending on a donor type. Practical procedures and possibilities of project application compilation.
13. People and their role in project management, project management human factor.
