Course objectives:

By the end of the course, the student - wil have achieved level B 1.2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference/ the English Language Portfolio - will have achieved communicative competence in English at level B1.2, s/he will be able to communicate in everyday situations on familiar topics and activities - will be able to understand the main ideas from a listening text related to everyday life and topics, the student will be able to understand short and clear announcements and instructions - will be able to understand the main ideas from a reading text related to everyday life and topics (e.g. news ads, leaflets, etc.), the student will be able to understand short letters - will have achieved lexical competence related to everyday life and topics - will have achieved grammatical competence at level B1.2.
