Course objectives:
|
Teoreticky připravit posluchače k zabezpečení ošetřování stavů se selháváním nebo selháním základních životních funkcí, jejich podporou či náhradou.
Seznámit s konkrétními postupy při ošetřování pacienta v kritickém stavu dle diagnózy pacienta
Charakteristika předmětu:
Předmět přibližuje pomocí konkrétních kazuistik jednotlivé postupy ošetřování a léčby pacienta v kritickém stavu.
Vzhledem k tomu, že je intenzivní a resuscitační péče je poskytována nemocným s reverzibilním selháním životních funkcí, je nutné umět reagovat včas na změny celkového stavu pacienta. Obsahem předmětu je péče o těžce nemocné nebo poraněné v konkrétních situacích, jejich ošetřování, diagnostika a léčba.

Requirements on student
|
Docházka:
80 % účast na cvičení, lze povolit maximálně písemně omluvené absence, vyučující rozhodne o adekvátnosti omluvy.
Zápočet je udělen na základě splněné docházky do výuky a vypracování kazuistiky intenzivní péče u pacienta s vybraným onemocněním a splnění testu minimálně na 75% úspěšnost.
Klasifikace dle Studijního a zkušebního řádu OU.

1. Kazuistika pacienta po KPR. Kazuistika pacienta po akutním infarktu myokardu. Kazuistika pacienta v šokovém stavu.
2. Kazuistika pacienta v sepsi. Kazuistika pacienta v multiorgánovém selhání.
3. Kazuistika pacienta s respirační insuficiencí. Kazuistika pacienta v statu astmaticu.
4. Kazuistika pacienta s akutní intoxikací. Kazuistika pacienta s polytraumatem.
5. Kazuistika pacienta v chronické resuscitační péči.
Kontakt se studenty bude realizován během přímé výuky, mimo přímou výuku prostřednictvím e-mailové komunikace a konzultací v konzultačních hodinách garanta předmětu (konzultační hodiny garanta předmětu budou zveřejněny v rozvrhu garanta) nebo dle individuální domluvy, s přednášejícím dle individuální e-mailové komunikace.
